Forge Projects has been engaged as Owner’s Representative on behalf of Chicago-based developer Bradford Allen to manage the 240,000-square-foot renovation of the former IndyStar Pulliam Production Center on the northwest side of Indianapolis to serve as the headquarters of Andretti Global’s INDYCAR, INDY NXT and Formula E teams.  Work will include the removal of several three-story printing presses and extensive modernization throughout.  The Renovations will enhance building technology, create custom-built working and fabrication areas and feature industry-leading employee amenities including a fitness center and pit-stop performance space, employee dining and gathering areas and additional amenities to create a state-of-the-art racing and technology center.  Forge is also facilitating tenant furniture procurement and installation, low-voltage integration and installation, building signage and artwork, move-in coordination, and coordination of food service and fitness center build-out needs.
