Forge Projects has been engaged as Owner’s Representative on behalf of Chicago-based developer Bradford Allen, and serves on the overall project team of Clark Construction, U.K.-based design firm Ridge and Partners LLP, and architect-of-record RATIO of Indianapolis on the new Andretti Global Headquarters in Fishers, IN. The 400,000 square foot facility will house the Andretti Global team offices, as well as its motorsports facility, including Andretti’s INDYCAR and INDY NXT operations, Wayne Taylor Racing, and Andretti’s IMSA programs. In addition, the facility is set to include a state-of-the-art fitness center, walking trails, amphitheaters, employee gathering areas and expanded dining options.

Forge has also been engaged to assist Andretti Global directly with its tenant needs, including furniture procurement and installation, low-voltage integration and installation, building signage and artwork, move-in coordination, and coordination of food service and fitness center build-out needs.
