Following up to the renovation project completed in 2021, Forge has been asked to lead a comprehensive assessment of the Caledonia Senior Living campus and buildings as the organization seeks to update its strategic plan and understand how it can be supported by the modernization and potential expansion of its facilities.  Forge is leading a team that also includes architecture and engineering firms in the development of multiple facilities strategies for Caledonia’s consideration.  Forge is also guiding the cost estimation process for the various options.
