Caledonia Senior Living engaged Forge Projects in March of 2021 to lead an effort to plan current and future work based on the most pressing facility needs and most potentially impactful cosmetic enhancements to the living environment.  After a two month planning and budgeting period, Forge oversaw a roof replacement, IT network enhancement and Wifi expansion, complete update of the facility’s nurse call and fire alarm systems, and the renovation of two residential corridors to begin the modernization of the facility.  We expect in 2022 to assist Caledonia in planning the next round of building updates and planning for larger scale replacement of building systems in the next 5-10 years.
