The Near North Montessori School (NNMS) in Wicker Park, in collaboration with Ross Barney Architects, opened a new Innovation Building in fall 2019 that includes a new Innovation Lab to support the school’s STEAM program, a community gathering space, classrooms, office and conference space, commercial kitchen, and a new rooftop urban garden to support the school’s thriving “Farmessori” program.  Forge served as Owner’s Representative, working with the school and design team to develop comprehensive project budgets and schedules to support the planning effort, and ultimately managed the project through the completion of construction.
