Forge served as Owner’s Representative for the renovation and modernization of the North Park Elementary School in the Ravenswood neighborhood of Chicago.  Between 2018 and 2021, Forge led the planning, design, and construction processes for multiple summer projects including the conversion of 4,000 SF of garage space to new K-2 and Music classrooms, a new early education program, reconfiguration and expansion of administrative space, and a full overhaul of the school’s HVAC system.
