Forge Projects has been engaged as Owner’s Representative on behalf of Chicago-based developer Bradford Allen, and serves on the overall project team of Clark Construction, U.K.-based design firm Ridge and Partners LLP, and architect-of-record RATIO of Indianapolis. The 400,000 square foot facility will be the corporate headquarters for the Cadillac F1 team and TWG Motorsports, and it will serve as the primary manufacturing facility for the Cadillac F1 team, providing precision manufacturing capabilities that are the first of their kind in the United States.  The building includes an extensive geothermal installation featuring 300 wells that meet 100% of the heating and cooling requirements for the program.  The project also includes a 5.9 MW solar array and battery storage capacity.
